Samsung and OSRAM Sign Peace Treaty on LED Technologies

As with Apple, Samsung is engaged in several dozens of legal actions with other companies worldwide mostly on the term of patent infringement. Samsung and OSRAM have signed an agreement that will stop all on-going lawsuits. In addition both companies agreed to share their patent portfolio and potentially enter into partnership for future LED-related R&D.
This information shows that Samsung can enter into agreement in legal actions with another company, so it give the korean giant some ammunition to shows that in its fight with Apple, the latter might be responsible for not finding a constructive and mutually profitable agreement.
