Runcore unveiled its new SSD offer.
Those products dedicated to mobile devices have a size similar to the SATA connector on which they are plugged on. So, you can directly plug them on a free SATA slot on a motherboard. similarly to RAM modules in RAM slots. Regarding performance, their sizes impact figures: up to 122 MB/s in reading and 47 MB/s in writing. Storage space ranges from 8 to 64 GB. If performance can be increase, there is no doubt that even smaller SSD are possible in the near future, maybe connectors will have to become smaller too...
