Mountain Lion: The Mac App Store will become indispensable

You might be among the many Mac users that still don't use the Mac App Store, but with Mountain Lion you won't have a choice anymore. Apple has decided that all the Mac OS X and Apple software updates would go through it.
Therefore, you will have to register with an Apple ID, which is a way for Apple to register all users and to fight illegal downloading of its softwares even though it is not an imperious need anymore now that we can purchase Lion for $30 and install it on all our computers. However, this system could cause problems when a computer is sold second hand, when the license needs to be tranferred.
