Apple vs Nokia, Apple leads for now

Judge James Gildea with the ITC (Iternational Trade Comission), has just ruled in favor of Apple in the dispute opposing the company to Nokia about alleged patent infringement. The judge refused Nokia's claim to forbid the import to the US of Apple products.
While the judge didn't have to justify his decision, the case will now be brought before a 6 judge panel of the commission, which can confirm or reverse the ruling within 60 days.
For now, Apple 1 - 0 Nokia, but the dispute is far from over.
