Supertalent recently launched new USB 3.0 flash drives. These high end drives can hold 32 GB or 64 GB and also feature 32 MB of DRAM used as cache memory.
DRAM is a lot faster than Flash and according to Superlatent, it allows to higher data transfer rates up to 300% compared to other USB 3.0 drives. Both keys are available for $129 and $209.
