Samsung will soon dispace Intel as the World leader of production of semi-conductorrs

Since decades Intel is the world leader with the production of semiconductors primarily thanks to its processors and other chips. If one looks at its growth, approximately 3,5% per annum and compares it per with that of the semiconductor division of Samsung that has a growth of 13,5%, then Saqmsung will take over as the leader by 2014. Admittedly, Samsung manufactures products much simpler than processors, primarily DRAM and NAND memory, but it will be nevertheless be the end of an era.
