For now couple of weeks, Opera is heavily communicating on its iPhone app, aka Opera mini, a web browser:

the company seems to be investing a lot on this application, and communicate heavily. The app has now been submitted for approval to the itunes Store, and developers seem confident that there is no issues that might give Apple some reasons to reject the app. Opera seems to be acting similarly to Amazon yesterday for the interoperability of eBooks on iPad. By communicating heavily, both companies give enough information to news network to make any refusal from Apple a potential unfair action or even a decision that could be the topic of a legal action. Both companies try to attract sympathies from customers, by showing how great their products would be integrated on the iPhone/iPad ecosystem.
