Apple losses the head of PA Semi

The breaking news (not officially confirmed), it seems that Dan Dobberpuhl, the founder of Pa Semi who had joined Apple at the time of the purchase of its company (which made him a rich man) has been seen elsewhere. He will have left with at least another person from the company and now works for a StartUp.
Technically, this is not surprising, the leaders are usually engaged to remain X months or years before being able to go elsewhere; thus we are not at all surprised. To have reached this position, it is necessary to have character and a sharp decisional spirit. It is difficult to make use of these qualities at Apple where all the decisions are centralized between the hands of few people who are not willing to share.
