In a recent interview to CNN, Jen-Hsun Huang, NVIDIA CEO, unveiled some details about its forthcoming Tegra 2 architecture. This chips should replace the current ones found in mobile phone, but more likely in tablets, the new grail for most players in the field. According to claims from NVIDIA CEO, the TEgra 2 would be a monster of performance, able to decide 1080p video, supporting multitasking while offering excellent battery lifetime.
Of course, he confirmed that the Tegra 2 will soon be found in many devices but the iPad. He also claimed that he hopes that Apple will be able to release a better chips than the A4 as the Tegra is far better. While being partner for some products, Apple and NVIDIA might start competing strongly in others...
