A new legal procedure against Apple for patent violation

Since January 28, Apple faces a new legal procedure brought by the company Intellect Wireless. The owner of this company, Daniel Henderson, has a wallet of 25 patents based on video and photo messages on wireless devices and has used them to sue the majority of the companies marketing telephones and other mobile devices.
The Washington Post however did not hesitate to qualify this person as a troll of the patent since it does not manufacture anything and is satisfied to succeed in obtaining patents on these obvious things like the fact of receiving a call or a message of which the source is displayed before answering. He claims today 10 million dollars for damages.
