Psystar Appeals and Keeps Fighting

Psystar decided to appeal the decision taken by the judge in its main battle vs. Apple. As the company can not offer PC running Mac OS X or its Rebel EFI, it would have to pay Apple 2.67 million USD when the lawsuit will be finished. By appealing, Psystar decided to further continue the battle, even though their chance to win are now even smaller than at the beginning.
