The notice appears to be indicating that Apple Retail stores will be ready to go at 6am for Friday, November 27th 2009. It does not extend into the weekend so be prepared for a bit of squeeze as it indicates a 1-day only offer. Apple Online Store may offer a similar deal. Patient shoppers may be able to avoid the holiday crowds.
[update] It looked too good to be true, and for sure this website has generated a lot of visitors while potentially publishing a hoax. We will know more, most likely, beginning of next week, but Apple usually offer 10% discount only. If Apple would be indeed offering such large discount, it could only indicate that MacBook/MacBook Pro as well as Mac Pro models are going to be refreshed early next year, with some major hardware update.
