Sony continues to be pursued by a jinx

After having installed a Rootkit on its audio CD in 2005, to have recalled nearly 8 million batteries in 2006 and 2007, to have recalled 440.000 Vaio portables in 2008, Sony faces a new problem. 
They have just started the recall of 69000 chargers (reference VGP-AC19V17) intended for Vaio. This recall made following some cases of electrocution during their use.
