The first INTEL processors engraved in 32 nm will start their commercial career at the end of the year, however the foundry is already looking ahead and proves it. During an IDF conference, they showed a wafer engraved in 22 nm that contained DRAM chips.
Once again, Intel wanted to prove its enormous technological advance compared to its competitors, who are at least a year behind with the processes of engraving chips.
