Even though we have spoken less about Psystar lately, the battle between this company and Apple continues nonetheless. Apple has returned to the attacks by accusing its protagonist of destroying capital evidence (CF documents). This evidence would be in fact the first hacked version of Mac OS X that they offered on the computers they sold and that has since been updated erasing this previous version.
However Apple had the evidence that this first version violated the famous DMCA law. Thus we set out again in a new battle in a war that is not yet finished.
