Microsoft Servers go bottom up

By crispin. Original by Lionel - 15/07/2009 11:14:13 CEST - Category: Apple - Source: PC Inpact

As foreseen, Microsoft started today the sale of 76000 licences for Windows 7 at rock bottom prices. As expected,  their servers are completely saturated. Knowing their infrastructure, it would need a colossal multitude of requests to block their servers.

Following the idea one sees in spam mail, they would have done better to organize a lottery to win these cut price licences. But in any event, they achieved their goal, to prove that the passion that awaits Windows 7 is enormous, and to make everyone forget Vista as quickly as possible.
