Online Office 2010 for free

As you know, today's fashion is now with "cloud computing", and this will consist in future of offering more and more software and functions usable online for whatever type of PC or OS station. 
Microsoft has just created a sensation by announcing that its online Office 2010 suite will be offered free. Thus, it will be possible to create Word, Excel or Powerpoint documents without having to buy this software. Of course, this specific version will be much more limited than the true stand-alone software; Microsoft hopes to interest the private individuals with this version, while the professionals will certainly prefer (at least for reasons of confidentiality) to buy a full version.
Of course, Apple who arrives rather late on this segment certainly will follow, at least for its software not requiring too much bandwidth (probably inconceivable with iMovie). It is certainly the reason that they will invest in this famous and enormous " Datacenter" located in North Carolina.
