Radeon HD 4890 1.0 GHz Faster than NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285

Hardware.fr performed a test of the new Radeon HD 4890 clocked at 1.0 GHz, then compared it to the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285.

In its original version clocked at 850 MHz, the Radeon HD 4890 was clearly slower than the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285. However, thanks to 150 MHz added to its clock speed, the Radeon HD 4890 1.0 GHz is now taking back the lead and the krone. Of course, it will further increase the power consumption of such high-end graphic card models.
