iPhone OS 3.0 Will Improve TV on iPhone

They announced the release of iLiveTV, an integrated solution developed in partnership with Apple, ensuring TV programs offer from encoding to distribution. The main improvement will come come from the new ability offered by the OS to make the H.264 encoding quality floating depending on the bandwidth available.
