It looks really real, but we all know that Photoshop wizards do exist???
More seriously, another screenshot looks to be a strong candidate, even though its quality is on the downside:
One can see the little green light for the front camera, similarly to the webcam integrated in our MacBook, iMac and 24" Cinema display. In the menu bar, one can identify different options, especially "Live Call" and "Chats". Other options such as "Contacts" and "History" are visible too.
