Did Psystar File Bankruptcy?

According to The Mac Observer, Psystar might have launched a procedure for bankruptcy, being now protected by the florida State local laws. It remains unclear if the legal procedure launched by Apple will end with such new event, or if founders of Psystar will be the new target of Apple lawyers...
