Apple faces a new complaint from developers of l' AppStore. Some of them have indeed faced big difficulty to be paid. Whereas the contract states that they will be paid within 45 days to them, some of them have never received any money and others face unacceptable delays, with commissions going back to November 2008 that have not been honoured yet.
Apple's plea that they have received thousands of emails from developers and says that it is unable to answer these requests is far from an acceptable excuse.
We will continue to wait for Apple to make a big efforts to cherish the developers who have made the AppStore such a success. However, for some reason that we are unaware of, it is impossible to have smooth commercial relations with them in whatever field that one speaks about.
