Nehalems consuming less than 10W

Intel announced its intention to produce processors based on the architecture of Nehalem that consume less 10W. The details of this product will be revealed during the next week, but these processors will be certainly the next evolutions of the very successful ATOM.
There should not, however, be too much illusions on their performances. Intel makes a point of segmenting its market to cover all possibilities by preventing the performances of its products to overlap. The ATOM will become more powerful but so also will the Core 2 Duo mobiles, the difference in power will continue to be very marked.
