Latest generation of MacBook at the Refurb store

by Lionel - 10:21:18 CEST
It is rare to find bargains at the Refurb store lately. Apple refuses to offer greater discount on models that are two (or more) generations old. Various promotions are also not good bargains - such as the old model Mac mini offered at the same price as the new.
However, today, there is an interesting product. It is the base model of the MacBook that runs at 2.1 GHz. It is priced at 849 euros, which is 150 less than the price for a new product.
Pay attention though - these entry level models rarely come with a bonus of larger RAM or hard disk. This usually happen only with the higher level models.

The ultimate proof of 3G on the iPhone

by Lionel - 07:53:56 CEST
If anyone doubted that the new iPhone would be fitted with 3G, Apple has now removed it with the latest version of the SDK and the firmware that accompanies it. A menu, hidden, but revealed by some hackers shows activation/disactivation of 3G. Here we show an screen shot captured by our friends at Frenchiphone.

We use this opportunity once more to congratulate those at Apple that have the genius of the "teasing" and thus can leave it to others the promotion of their products without investing a single dollar.
