FNAC wants the iPhone at all costs

Denis Olivennes, president of FNAC and incidentally of the mission aiming at setting up strict anti-hacking measurements on Internet, considers that the franchise agreement between Apple and Orange is unjust.
The company will have talks to obtain the right to sell the iPhone. In the event of failure, it could take Apple and Orange in front of the courts.
It is only one of many adventures in the relationship with Apple that are always turbulent.
