- Apple encounters problems with iPhone 2 ? - Lionel - 08:29:41

According to ElectronLibre , Apple is still encountering difficulties in developing the second version of the iPhone.
According to the latest news, production is supposed to be be in the course of the year without any other target date. The problems are still the same, related to autonomy for 3G. But it is difficult to perform miracles without increasing the size of the battery and, therefore, the device -- which is already not small.
If the information is confirmed, one of the most anticipated items due at the WWDC will not be delivered.

- Simpler than the iPhone, the Bazile, a new concept in cell phones - Lionel - 07:57:13

Today, the iPhone is the easiest mobile to use. One can quickly grasp the essential features without much effort, as long as you already have a minimum experience of computing.
But the iPhone and all other mobiles remain over-complicated to some people who only want to be able to phone somebody.
For them, the simplest phone in the world has been created.

The Bazile has only one button, and is designed for pre-teens/older adults.
No need to search for hours for the miracle technique to make a call, the phone does it itself. If we press the button, a number is dialled and a human operator responds. Ask her to be connected to your desired number and you are. You can also speak into the phone to dial selected numbers.
Despite the impression of dealing with a toy, this phone is nonetheless a very successful:
-- It is particularly robust
-- A short press of the button to invoke the operator, a longer press (5 seconds) to call emergency services and send an SMS to a selected relative.
-- Like the iPhone, it contains sensors. If we put it away, it switches to vibrate. If one puts it flat, it switches to hands-free mode.
This is certainly the most successful product for a specific market segment that we have seen for a long time.
The phone costs € 175 and is not related to any operator. The monthly subscription to the standard service is 19 € per month.
