To improve the protection level of its original system dedicated to blue laser discs, the AACS LA recently released a new version named BD+ for BD media. Based on a vitual machine installed in BD players, it was supposed to be very efficient. However, Slysoft, well known for its software AnyDVD able to copy any protected BD media, announced that it will release soon an update taking care of BD+ protection system. The movie industry will one more time have to face the same problem: those protections are rally creating problems to consumers legally purchasing their HD movies.
According to our sources and information available from the web, the last version of Tiger should be available soon. Mac OS X 10.4.11 should be released this week, it will correct some bugs and improve security. It will also include Safari 3.
