Leopard iChat Specifications Released

In a TechNote, Apple released information about system requirements you need to initiate or participate in audio and video chats and conferences in Leopard iChat with all new features.
For example, if one will only need a 1 GHz G4, dual 800 MHz G4, any G5, any Intel CPU and a 128 Kbps Internet connection (up/down) to initiate/participate to a 10-Person audio conference, for video hardware requirements are much higher: 1-to-1 video conferencing 640x480: 1.83 Intel Core Duo or Dual 2 GHz G5-based Mac + 900 Kbps Internet connection (up/down). For 4-way video conferencing 320x240, one will really enjoy it is all participants own Dual 2 GHz G5, 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo-based hardware + 300/1800 Kbps up and down Internet connection (participate/initiate).
