With such limitations, the owners will not be able to use the iPhone as a true mobile terminal, except of paying additional cost for WiFi usage. Apple will also indirectly lose money, as users will most likely not use their monthly 60 hours to surf on iTunes WiFi Store and then potentially purchase less music tracks.

It appears there is some confusion about O2's unlimited data allowance for the iPhone: 22GB per month is far better but doesn't sound too realistic.
