Charging Problem for the New Shuffle Resolved?

Apple has published a Technote in which they address the problem that we spoke of yesterday in regards to the charging problems that the new Shuffle has, it is in fact a bug with the management of the LEDs.
To regain the green light, it suffices to disconnect the Shuffle from the dock, shut it off for 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
