One of our readers, Jean-Louis, has tested Parallels on his Mac Pro, but he has been unsuccessful. It was so unstable that one could not even imagine use it. It seems that Parallels does not work on Mac Pro featuring more than 2GB of RAM... a bit small for a Pro-dedicated computer. In addition, Parallels is also unstable when a Radeon X1900 XT is installed in the Mac Pro.
In addition, Parallels seems to have more problems to manage Xeon's virtualization features than with the Core Duo or Core 2 Duo.
So, Parallels on the Mac Pro remains a beta version, and more works are still required before making it a really useful solution for Pro users.
