Exclusive: First French Physical AppleStore: Rue Scribe in Paris?

We have already reported that Apple has encountered many problems when looking for a location to build the first physical AppleStore in France. Today, a message from Vincent might give a hint of the future location of the AppleStore.

I am working Rue Scribe in Paris, and this morning at the entrance of the building where my office is located, a new sign has been added simply featuring "Apple" (a simple Alu squared-shape sign with an Apple logo engraved). In addition, there are on-going renovations on the entire area of the ground-floor.
The building is the same one that American Express is in, close to the opera, and located 11, rue Scribe)
So will the first physical AppleStore located in the same building that I work in? :)

It is too early to say if this location will be for the AppleStore or for Apple France, as we know that Apple has planned to change location of its current French Headquarter from "Les Ullis" (in the suburb of Paris) to a more central place in Paris.
So, what about locations of other AppleStore in Europe?
