Artic Cooling Accelero: too large for the Mac

By linathael. Original by Lionel - 21/04/2006 22:36:07 CEST - Category: Overclock
MatBe has published an article about a "silent" cooling system dedicated to GPU: Accelero from Artic Cooling (article in French).
One of the drawbacks is that, once installed, the cooling system is larger than the graphic card itself...

Such a system in a PMG5 will prevent the case to be properly closed, and as a consequence disturb the high-cooling system of the PMG5.
But as we have described it in our articles, the VF900-Cu from Zalman, is compatible with the airflow control of the PMG5, while being more efficient to cool the GP£u in silence.
