I am back from Tokyo where an international meeting related to Professional solutions dedicated to the electronic card manufacturing, automatic manufacturing and soldering machines was taking place.
This photo shows a system developed by Marantz to test electronic cards, faulty or incomplete soldering processes. What is displayed on the Apple Cinema Display is the card inserted in the device located on the right of the PMG5. The system is controlled by a PMG5 dual 2GHz. The software is amazingly intuitive, well designed and easy to use.
I think that I will get one of this Marantz system when it will be needed, even though my choice will be biased by the PMG5, and not only following strict criteria.
