Now that's what we call QA...

OK, before starting a flame war, let's point out that this is extremely uncommon... this is the first time ever we heard about something like this...
Here is what happened to Conrad.

Yesterday I received my Quad G5. I transfered my data and checked the machine ran fine. This morning I open it to add some RAM and here is what I found:

The two HD clips are open, and the lower bay connectors have been used for the upper bay HD! OK, easy to fix and it does work so... Maybe it was the xmas rush, the machine was taken by the courrier service at 7pm on December 23rd!

Let's point out that it is not just the HD that got loose, it was effectively connected to the wrong cables...
