Illicit agreement for the price of music online?

The Warner Music group has been subpoenaed by the New York state attorney general. The purpose of this investigation is to see wether there is an illicit agreement about the price of music for sale on the web.
This investigation started following rumors indicating the the 4 major record companies have consulted each other in order to fix prices of music and thus avoiding price wars.
Of course, the verdict of this affair will be of much interest to Apple.
