Our colleagues at MacMusic have just published a very interesting article on a mod which allows the iPod to record in stereo, which is currently not available from any 3rd party accessory. They used a dock connector which has L and R cables. Using Podzilla as an alternatve OS, it is possible to record accurate audio at 16bits/44.1kHz!
