An US citizen leaving in Chicago has initiated the first legal action against the Xbox 360. He claims that Microsoft has released its new generation game console too early, without performing enough tests to avoid the current problems faced by many users.
According to different sources, the external power supply of the Xbox 360 is the first to blame when the console is used for a long time, the PSU has a tendency to deliver a non stabilized current leading Xbox 360 hardware crashes.

AOL has developed a brand new instant messaging program. Goodbye AIM, Hello Triton. However all is not rosy, since Triton is not compatible with iChat.
