Burning DVD-DL at 10x

Plextor, the first company to release a drive to burn single layer DVD media at 18x, is now announcing a drive able to burn double layer DVD media at 10x.
But both features are not compatible, since the PX-755 only uses the standard 16x burning speed for DVD media.
Plexor does not manufacture the mechanical parts of its drives, it only tries to get the best out of it.
