From all the arguments than can make someone switch from PC to Mac, it's undoubtely the best, because the daily life of Windows users is tiring.
Apple however refuses to use it in its communication. They probably fear that it will signify the beginning of an informal contest to infect Mac OS X. As a proof, remember the contest on OS X security that Apple cancelled.
Anyway, it's a pity that the best argument cannot be used.
