Apple gets iTunes.co.uk domain name back

We do not have the detail yet, but Apple finally managed to get hold of the iTunes.co.uk domain name in their struggle against Benjamin Cohen.
The latter had acquired it in November 2000, well before the iTMS arrival, but the fact he made it point to a competitor of Apple probabley helped the judges making their decision.
