A digital camera with mobile phone inside... or the opposite??

Samsung today introduced the SCH-V770 mobile phone, boasting a 7 megapixel camera and a QVGA LCD display. In addition, the SCH-V770 offers a focal length of 7.8 to 23.4 mm.

As shown on the picture, it looks more like a digital camera, than a mobile phone.
