12x and DL DVD burner from Sony

Sony just announced the new model DRU-540A. This DVD burner, in addition to support DL media, will burn DVD+R 8x media @ 12x, but DVD-R @ 8x only...
It also burns CD-R @ 40x and CD-RW @ 24x.
