Apple's window patent

Christian has just informed us that Apple has patented an interesting windows behavior concept. We could see this function appear with Tiger.
In a nutshell, Apple patented the concept of windows becoming gradually translucent to eventually disappear if they are not modified after a predetermined period of time.
