We couldn't find anything harmful for Apple about the iTMS, well... Eminen found: they forgot to ask permission to use the rapper's lyrics in an advert for the iTMS broadcast on MTV in 2003.
The question that needs to be asked is: ''is it reasonable for this nice bad boy to bite the hand that feeds him?'', and even more at a time when the iTMS appears as a serious alternative, even as a serious solution to downright music piracy.

[Update] dreamfactory informs us that the prosecution doesn't seem to stand on any solid basis as the song hasn't been copyrighted before the 27th of October 2003, and Apple had ceased to use the advert way before then.
But as Olivier puts it:

Since 1989 any opus is automatically ''copyrighted'' as soon as it exists. The claim of copyright is only necessary in order to obtain higher compensation. So, if Apple didn't have any authorisation, as idiot and abusive as it might seem, the claim can stand in trial ...

Pascal has performed a nice upgrade of the original cooling system of his G4 QuickSliver.

Hereafter are 2 pictures of the modified cooling system of my G4 QuickSilver, with a Zalmann Ventirad glued to the processor with Artic Alumina thermal paste. Other fixation system are based on Papst (8412 NGML). the results is really impressive : such a silence... The global cooling capacity is excellent, efficient and more performant than the original one!
