ITMS from France, one more successfull attempt

Another person managed, with an Amex credit card, to obtain an account on the iTunes Music Store from France. S/He prefers to stay anonymous in order to use this account:

I've tried to order on the iTMS this week following the news explaining the trick. To have my account registered, I had to try a good dozen times ! Troublesome fields are State and City. In fact even by putting “AE” (armed forced in Europe), the city (Paris) isn't accepted on first try. I have done many tries with Europe, EUROPE, PARIS, Paris, Lyon, Marseille, and finally and ununderstandably it's “Paris” that finally got accepted for no reason, though I had already tried it. In conclusion, it really works with an Amex, but you'd better be obstinate !
