Say hello to the motherboard (one should say logic board according to Apple). Using a torx-type screwdriver, remove the screw located on the left side of the power button, as well as the ribbon cord.
Then slowly lift the motherboard from the front side while pressing the power LED back. Once it is released, carefully place the motherboard in front of you for the first real operation: removing the heatsink.

To release the heatsink, release each strap with a small forceps, proceed slowly and carefully.
