2007-02-07par Lionel

A step-by-step procedure

Disassembling 2/3

It is not necessary to disassemble the Bluetooth antenna, but not doing it will make next steps much more difficult. To remove it, simply pull it out from its slot, be careful not to lose the spring located underneath.
For the Airport antenna, press on both black tabs to release it.

Unplug the power button cord indicated by the red arrow.

Remove the 4 screws indicated by the red arrows. Then slowly unplug the blue-tagged connecting ribbon

Then, unplug the connector located on the front side.
Once it is done, you can remove the block composed of the fan, the optical drive and the HD.
