Now, things get a bit delicate. You'll need to gently pry off the shell with a flat headed screwdriver. If the shell doesn't fully unlock itself, you can repeat this operation later.

Now, same idea, but we do it near the latch of the iBook : once you have access, slowly slide your scredriver towards to the left, as seen on this pictures.

Do the same on the left side of the screen hinges.

Slide your way to the cd drive, but be extra careful here, because the plastic is quite thin and well tuck. So, DO NOT FORCE and progress slowly.

Now, onto the right side of the screen hinges.
